摘要
在综合考虑核设施环境评价项目的特点和多项目管理需要的基础上,从进度、费用、接口、质量、服务5个方面建立了核设施环境影响评价项目绩效考核指标体系,并运用AHP法给各指标赋予权重,基于模糊评价法构建了核设施环境影响评价多项目绩效管理模型.
Abstract
Due to the characteristics of nuclear power industry and multi-project management, five factors, which are schedule, costs, interface,quality and service, constituted the performance appraisal system for environment impact assessment projects.AHP was used to determine the weight of the above factors;then fuzzy evaluation method was used to design performance appraisal model.
