摘要
阐述了新型农村社区建设与发展的主要内容,对我国当前农村社区构建中存在的问题及原因进行了客观分析,总结提炼了创新制度、服务主体,因地制宜、突出特色,多元投入、多主体参与,培育产业、增收致富,培育人才、创新管理等策略建议,对新常态下新型农村社区建设管理有一定的参考意义.
Abstract
The main contents of new rural community construction and development were elaborated.Problems and causations in current rural community construction were objectively analyzed.Countermeasures were put forward, such as innovation system, service principal, varied investment, adjusting measures to local conditions, stressing features, innovation management, participation of multi-subjects, developing dominant industry, increasing wealth, and cultivating the talents.This research has certain reference significance to the new rural community construction and management under the new normal.
