新形势下农业科技产业化发展模式探讨

摘要
分析了我国农业科技产业发展面临的问题及产业化运作模式,指出当前存在土地政策阻碍农业科技产业化发展、新科技未充分促进农业产业化发展、农村不注重对农业科普工作的执行及推广工作、金融体制的不健全制约了资金对农业产业化发展的投入、农业保险体系不健全制约了农业科技产业化的进程、农业产业化发展开发过度破坏生态平衡的问题,提出必须探讨科学、合理、高效的产业化发展模式,走科技产业化发展之路,实现农业高效、健康、快速发展.
Abstract
We analyzed the problems and industrialized operation modes in the development of agricultural science and technology industry.The current land policy hindered the development of agricultural science and technology industrialization: The new technology did not fully promote the development of agricultural industrialization;farmers did not pay attention to the implementation and promotion of agricultural science work;imperfect financial system restricted the financial input in agriculture industry development;the unsound agricultural insurance system hindered the industrialization process of agricultural science and technology;and the overexploited agricultural industrialization destroyed the ecological balance.Based on these, the scientific, rational and efficient industrialization development mode was put forward, so as to realize the industrialization of agricultural science and technology, and realize the efficient healthy and rapid development of agriculture.
