富硒农产品生产的问题与对策研究——以安徽省为例

摘要
针对公众在寻求安全补硒方法和富硒食品方面的误区,以安徽省为例,例举富硒农产品生产中不符合科学生产方法的生产手段和现象,提出了加强硒的二重性宣传教育、制定农产品富硒含量标准和检测方法标准、对富硒产品进行认证和风险评估的监管对策及宣传导向,以期有效促进硒产业健康稳定发展.
Abstract
Aiming at the misunderstanding of people keep looking for selenium supplement methods and selenium-enriched food, with Anhui Province as an example incorrect production methods and phenomenon in producing selenium-enriched agricultural products were listed, several countermeasures were put forward, such as strengthening the duality propaganda education of selenium, formulating the standard of selenium-enriched content in agricultural products and detection methods, certificating selenium-enriched products and risk evaluation, so as to effectively promote the healthy and stable development of selenium industry.
