摘要
农业部直属事业单位自2012年开始推行绩效管理试点工作,有效推动了事业单位发展.由于我国绩效管理工作起步较晚,处于探索阶段,在实施运行过程中存在一定问题.针对这些问题,探求通过进一步优化指标设置、强化结果运用、完善评估的方式,改善绩效管理工作,旨在为政府相关部门深入推进绩效管理工作提供借鉴.
Abstract
The implementation of performance management pilot work in institutions directly under the Ministry of Agriculture since 2012 has effectively promoted the development of institutions.Because the government performance management in China starts late and is still at the exploratory stage, there are some problems in the implementation process.Aiming at these problems, several countermeasures were explored to perfect performance management work, such as further optimizing indicators setting, strengthening rcsults application, perfecting evaluation system, the aim was to provide reference for the relevant government departments to further promote the performance management.
