摘要
粮食是关系国计民生的重要战略物资,是国民经济发展的基础.对安宁市的粮食生产现状进行了分析,针对农民种植意愿不强烈、粮食种植面积和连片种植面积逐年减少、生产成本偏高、生产环境恶化、经营方式组织化程度较低的问题,阐述了解决粮食安全的办法和措施,以期加强粮食综合生产能力建设,提高粮食综合生产生产能力,保持粮食生产总量的相对稳定.
Abstract
Grain is an important strategic material related to the national economy and the people's livelihood.It is the foundation of the national economy development.In this study ,the grain production status in Anning City was analyzed.Aiming at the problems including farmers' weak willingness to grow, continuous decreasing of grain planting area and contiguous planting area, higher production cost, deterioration of production environment, relatively low of management organization degree, countermeasures for ensuring food security were elaborated, so as to strengthen the construction of comprehensive grain production capacity,improve the comprehensive grain production capacity ,and maintain the relative stability of the total grain production.
