摘要
新型农村社区的建设曾被认为是解决原生性农村"空心化"问题的主要途径之一,然而近年来"二次空心化"问题正在新型农村社区中悄然出现并愈演愈烈,集中反映在人口空心化、土地空心化、产业空心化、住宅空心化、社会空心化等方面.该研究在与原生性"空心化"研究比较的基础上,从人口、空间、产业、社会角度对"二次空心化"概念进行界定,深入剖析了其在人地关系、地域特色、空间资源、社会发展等方面产生的负面影响,提出了提升产业支撑能力、完善相关政策制度、调整规划设计理念等防治农村"二次空心化"的对策建议.
Abstract
The construction of new rural community was considered to be one of the main ways to solve the First Rural Hollowing problems.However ,Second Rural Hollowing problems are appearing and getting worse in recent years ,which are mainly reflected in the aspects of rural population hollowing,land hollowing,industrial hollowing,housing hollowing,social hollowing and so on.Based on comparing with the First Rural Hollowing,the concept of Second Rural Hollowing was defined from the aspects of population,space,industry and society.By analyzing the negative effects of the relationship between people and land, geographical characteristics, space resources, social development, countermeasures to prevent the Second Rural Hollowing, such as enhancing the industrial supporting ability, improving related policies and systems, and adjusting the planning and design concept.
