勺轮式排种器的设计

摘要
针对国外各种精密勺轮式排种器不能在我国大规模生产的现状,通过分析勺轮式排种器的工作原理探讨了影响排种器排种的因素,并设计出一款改进的勺轮式排种器.结果表明,该排种器可解决落种散布以及重播漏播的问题,具有广泛的应用前景.
Abstract
Aiming at the status of various kinds of precision spoon type seed metering device at abroad can not be produced in large scale in China, through analyzing the working principle, influencing factors for seed metering were discussed, a improved spoon wheel type seed metering device was designed.The results showed that the seed metering device can solve the problems of seed dispersal, repeat sowing and leakage sowing, which has a board application prospect.
