摘要
实践教学是素质教育的重要内容,也是高等院校培养应用型人才的重要环节.研究分析了动物医学专业实践教学存在的问题,认为问题主要在于理论与实践教学相脱节,实践教学的体系不规范,实践教学资源不足,师资水平亟待提高.在此基础上,探讨了动物医学专业实践教学模式的改革措施,强调要通观全局,制订合理的人才培养计划;加大实践教学基地建设的力度,保障实践教学高效实施;建立相对独立的实践教学体系;加强对青年教师实践技能的培养,实行实践教学的柔性管理.
Abstract
Practical teaching is an important part of quality education, and it is also an important link of training applied talents in universities.The existing problems in practice teaching of animal medicine specialty were analyzed, mainly including theory and practice teaching is out of line, practice teaching system is not standardized, practical teaching resources are insufficient, the level of teachers needs to be improved.On the basis of this, reformation measures for practice teaching of animal medicine specialty were discussed: taking an overall view of the situation,formulating reasonable personnel training plan;strengthening the construction of practice teaching base, ensuring the effective implementation of practical teaching;establishing a relatively independent practical teaching system;strengthening the training of young teachers' practical skills,implementing the flexible management of practical teaching.
