微生物学实验室的安全现状评价

摘要
研究从化学试剂、仪器设备、实验基础设施、个人防护装置及实验操作技术等方面,分析了微生物学实验室存在的各种危险、危害因素,并对可能造成的事故进行分类辨识,然后运用预先危险性安全系统工程评价方法,对存在的安全隐患进行分析评价.结合华南理工大学生物科学与工程学院实验教学示范中心微生物学实验室的具体情况,认为该实验室的安全现状较好.评价结果有助于提高实验室的安全管理水平.
Abstract
The risks and hazard factors in microbiology laboratory were analyzed from aspects of chemical reagent, instrument, experimental infrastructure, personal protective device, test operation technique, the potential accidents were identified and classified, then by using evaluation method of harzard safety system engineering, the existing security hidden danger was analyzed.According to specific situation of microbiology laboratory in School of Bioscience and Bioengineering, South China University of Technology, it was considered that the safety status of the laboratory is good.The evaluating results could provide a useful basis for improving safety administration of microbiology laboratory.
