摘要
培育新型职业农民是实现农业现代化的必然要求,也是推进城乡一体化发展的重要途径.相关研究主要集中在农民教育的必要性、现状和问题、模式和途径、措施和对策等方面.笔者在前人研究的基础上,认为农民教育培训的基本特点主要体现在教育培训的目的、对象、内容、方式几个方面,进而从农民教育七要素的角度对农民教育培训问题展开探讨,认为要规范开展并取得实效,需要把握好7个基本要素,即明确教育培训的目的、目标,教育培训的内容,教育培训的对象和组织者,教育培训的地点,教育培训的时间,教育培训的方法、途径、措施,教育培训的开放性.
Abstract
Cultivating new type of professional farmers is an inevitable requirement to realize agricultural modernization, and an important way to promote the development of urban and rural integration.Relevant researches are mainly concentrated in the aspects of the necessity, current status, problems, mode, approach and countermeasures of farmer' s education.Based on previous researches, the basic characteristics of farmmers's educational training were mainly reflected in the objective, content, object and approach of educational training.Problems in farmers' educational training were discussed from the angle of seven factors of farmers' education.It was pointed out that the seven basic elements should be well grasped, which were explicating the objective of educational training, the content of educational training, the objects and organizers of educational training, the sites of educational training, the time of educational training, the method and approach of educational training, and the openness of educational training.
