摘要
[目的]探讨不同开孔方式对黑木耳产量及效益的影响.[方法]采用3种不同的开孔方式对黑木耳产量及效益进行了对比试验.[结果]不同打孔方式对黑木耳产量有显著差异,处理Ⅱ(圆形孔)的打孔方式平均产量最低,处理Ⅲ(三棱孔)的黑木耳平均产量最高,为58.39 g/袋,且耳芽分化率为100％,经济效益比处理Ⅰ(一字孔)增加0.88元/袋.[结论]处理Ⅲ(三棱孔)的打孔方式为最佳.
Abstract
[Objective] To discuss the effects of opening ways on the yield and benefit of Auricularia auricular.[Method] Three opening ways were adopted to compare their effects on the yields and benefits ofA.auricular.[Result] There were significant differences in the yield ofA.auricular by different opening ways.The opening way of treatment Ⅱ had the lowest average yield.But the opening way of treatment Ⅲ had the maximum average yield,which was 58.39 g per bag; and their bud differentiation rate was 100％.The economic benefit increased by 0.88 Yuan per bag compared with that of treatment Ⅰ.[Conclusion] The opening way of treatment Ⅲ is the optimal.
