摘要

[目的]研究不同浓度镧(La)对铅(Pb)胁迫下绿豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的作用.[方法]绿豆中绿1号为试材,以蒸馏水为对照(CK),研究在15 mg/L Pb胁迫下,0、5、15、25、50、100 mg/L La对绿豆种子的萌发率、发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和幼苗根长、茎长及叶绿素和VC含量的影响.[结果]低浓度(5 ~ 15 mg/L)的La能够缓解Pb胁迫对绿豆幼苗的毒害,随着La浓度的增加,缓解效果越好;当La浓度大于15 mg/L时,对Pb的缓解作用逐渐减弱,当La浓度为100 mg/L时与Pb协同迫害绿豆幼苗的生长.[结论]15 mg/L La对15 in/L Pb胁迫下绿豆种子的毒性缓解效果最佳.

Abstract

[Objective] To research the relaxation effects of different concentrations of lanthanum on the seed germination and seedling growth of Vigna radiata under lead stress.[Method] By using V.radiata Zhonglv 1 as the research material,we detected the effects of 0,5,15,25,50 and 100 mg/L lanthanum on the chlorophyll content,Vc content,seed germination rate,germination vigor,germination index,seedling root length and stem length,with distilled water as the control (CK).[Result] Lanthanum at low concentration (5-15 mg/L) relaxed the toxic effects of lead stress on V.radiata seedlings.With the increase of lanthanum concentration,relaxation effects became better.When the lanthanum concentration was greater than 15 mg/L,relaxation effects gradually reduced.When lanthanum concentration was 100 mg/L,V.radiata seedlings stooped growing.[Conclusion] 15 mg/L lanthanum has the optimal toxic relaxation effects on V.radiata seedling under 15 mg/L lead.
