摘要
[目的]探索一种同时快速测定烟草中总氮和钾的方法,以提高烟草中总氮的消化速度,避免有毒氧化汞的使用.[方法]对连续流动法测定总氮的消解方法进行改进,选用5∶2(V∶V)的硫酸-过氧化氢混合液消解烟草样品,然后用连续流动分析仪同时测定总氮和钾,并与相关文献方法的测定结果进行数据比对.[结果]选用5∶2(V∶V)的硫酸-过氧化氢混合液消解烟草样品,改进后此方法的消化时间相比原方法缩短约2h,且可同时测定钾元素;方法的RSD小于3%,总氮和钾的平均加标回收率分别为98.2%、98.7%.[结论]采用改进的方法消解烟草样品,可减少消化时间,且重复性好、准确度高,可用于烟草中总氮和钾的快速批量测定.
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to explore a method for simultaneously and rapidly determining total nitrogen and potassium in tobacco,improve the digestion rate of TN,avoid the use of mercuric oxide.[Method] The digestion method of continuous flow to total nitrogen was improved.Sulfuric acid-hydrogen peroxide with 5∶ 2(V∶ V) was used to digest tobacco samples,TN and K was determined by continuous flow analyzer,the results were compared with literature method.[Result] The results showed that:The digestion time of improved method decreased two hours and could be used to determine K simultaneously; the RSD was lower than 3%,the average recoveries of TN and K were 98.2% and 98.7%,respectively.[Conclusion] Using the improved method for tobacco digestion is time-saving,accurate and repeatable,which can be applied for rapid determination of TN and K in tobacco.
