摘要
[目的]通过对西藏林芝地区藏猪的心电图测定和分析,探索其心电图特征,为兽医临床诊断提供资料.[方法]利用数字单道心电图仪,分别描记和分析了西藏林芝地区46头藏猪的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ标准导联,aVR、aVL、aVF单极加压肢体导联和V1、V2、V3、V4、V5和V6单极胸导联的心电图.[结果]西藏林芝地区藏猪心率为(124.49±44.06) 次/min,心电图均为窦性心律,但窦性心律不齐发生率为39.13％;QRS心电轴范围为-80°至186°,其中左偏、右偏发生率分别为19.6％;各波形和波向在不同导联一致性较好,各波的间期时间分别为:P波(37.17 ±7.85)ms、P-R间期(83.62±13.15)rs、QRS间期(50.86±8.13)ms、Q-T间期(226.23±19.12)ms、Q-Tc间期(225.47 ±31.23)ms,但各波和间期时间在成年和幼年间及公猪和母猪间均无显著差异(P＞0.05).[结论]心率较快、心律不齐和心电轴偏离发生率较高是西藏藏猪正常心电图的特征.
Abstract
[Objective] The determination and analysis of electrocardiogram for Tibetan pigs was used to explore the electrocardingram characteristics and offer datum to veterinary clinics.[Method] Forty-six Tibetan pig electrocardiograms in Linzhi area,Tibet were traced using Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ standard leads and aVR,aVL and aVF unipolar extremity leads and V1,V2,V3,V4,V5 and V6 precordial leads.[Result] The result showed that the heart rate was (124.49 ± 44.06)times/rain,and the heart rhythm was sinus rhythm in all pigs in Linzhi area,but the frequency of the sinus arrhythmia was 39.13％.The QRS cardiac electrical axis range was from-80° to 186°,and the frequency of right or left deviation was 19.6％,respectively.The form and direction of each wave in different lead was uniform and the duration of each wave and interval showed that P duration was (37.17 ±7.85) ms,P-R interval was (83.62 ±13.15) ms,QRS interval was (50.86 ±8.13) ms; Q-T interval was (226.23 ±19.12) ms and Q-Tc interval was (225.47 ± 31.23) ms,and there was no significant difference between adult and juvenile or between sows and boars in duration of each wave and interval(P ＞0.05).[Conclusion] It is suggested that higher heart rate,higher frequencies of the sinus arrhythmia and cardiac electrical axis deviation were the major characteristics of Tibetan pig's normal electrocardiogram in Tibet.
