摘要

[目的]提高黄豆芽苗菜的产量,缩短生产周期,筛选适合黄豆芽苗菜生产的营养液配方.[方法]以东圣宝液体有机肥稀释液作为黄豆芽苗菜栽培的营养液,研究了80、110、140、170倍营养液对黄豆种子发芽、芽苗菜感官品质、茎长、根长及鲜重与干重的影响.[结果]不同倍数营养液处理的黄豆芽感官品质与对照相当;110倍液处理的黄豆种子发芽率接近100%,发芽势最大,茎长大于采收标准,主根长、干重与干鲜重比均高于其他处理,须根长低于其他处理.[结论]东圣宝液体有机肥110倍液能够提高黄豆芽苗菜的产量,是适合黄豆芽苗菜生产的营养液配方.

Abstract

[Objective] To enhance the yield of soybean sprout,to shorten the production cycle,and to screen the nutrition formula suitable for the gro.wth of soybean sprout.[Method] With diluent of Dongshengbao liquid organic fertilizer as the nutrient solution of soybean sprout,effects of nutrient solutions (80,110,140 and 170 times diluents) were researched on the seed germination,sensory quality,stem length,root length,fresh weight and dry weight.[Result] Sensory quality of soybean sprout was equal to that of control in different treatments.Germination rate in 110 times diluents reached 100% ; the germination energy was the maximum; stem length was greater than the harvesting standard.Main root length,ratio of dry weight to dry fresh weight was greater than those in other treatments.Fibrous root length was lower than those in other treatmerts.[Conclusion] The 110 times diluents of Dongshengbao liquid organic fertilizer enhances the yield of soybean sprout,which is a suitable nutrition formula for the growth of soybean sprout.
