烟叶收购分级与管理对烤烟等级质量的影响研究——以重庆市酉阳县为例

摘要
以重庆市酉阳县2009-2011年烟叶分级管理工作为例,从影响烟叶等级质量的主要因素出发,分析影响烟叶等级质量的主要原因,提出提高烟叶等级质量的主要措施,以期通过实行预检制、注重人才培养、加强督导检查的措施,强化烟叶分级与收购过程管理,提高烟叶等级质量,起到促进烟叶生产可持续发展的作用.
Abstract
Taking tobacco grading management work in Youyang County,Chongqing during 2009-2011 as example,main influencing factors were analyzed,several measures for improving tobacco quality were proposed,such as implementing preview system,paying attention to personnel training,strengthening supervision and inspection,so as to perfect management of tobacco leaf grading and purchasing process,improve tobacco leaf quality,promote sustainable development of tobacco production.
