摘要
结合我国不动产统一登记制度建立背景、历史发展及不动产统一登记工作现状,分析了不动产统一登记制度建立的必要性,论述了通过建立不动产统一登记制度,可以更好地落实物权法规定、保障不动产交易安全、有效保护不动产权利人的合法财产权及提高政府治理效率和水平的现实意义.
Abstract
Combining with the establishment background,historical development and current status of Real Estate Unified Registration System,we analyzed the necessity of establishing Real Estate Unified Registration System,and discussed the practical significance of establishing Real Estate Unified Registration System,such as implementing property law provisions,ensuring the safety of real estate transactions,effectively protecting the legitimate property rights of rights holders of real estate,and enhancing the government management efficiency and level.
