摘要
工厂化育苗是将营养土装入不同规格、不同材料制成的容器中,播入种子而培育成苗木.其中填土作为育苗生产线上第1道工序,在整个播种流程中显得尤为重要.为此设计一种工厂化育苗生产线上的填土装置,该装置集填土、刮土和密实3道工序于一体,通过光电控制、联动拨土滚轮和穴盘的准确相对运动来实现填土量的要求,以满足现代化育苗播种技术的需求.
Abstract
Industrialized breeding refers to seeds growing into seedlings in nutritive soil loaded in a container made of different specifications and materials.Filling process is the first step of seedling production line and it is particularly important thronghout the seeding process.Based on these,a filling device was designed for this kind of factory breeding production line,which contained three steps of fi1ling,scraper and compacting.By photoelectric control,accurate operation of the wheels and potting soil,the device could meet the requirements of filling and the modern breeding planting technology.
