新疆北部地区城市发展趋势研究

摘要
以新疆北部地区城市发展趋势研究为目标,以经济、社会、资源、人口等4个子系统为基础,构建城市发展趋势研究指标体系.通过选取最大值和最小值,对指标值进行标准化处理;运用熵值法确定各指标的因子权重,得出影响因子的重要排序;计算各指标的综合发展指数,并对各子系统进行系统能力分析.研究发现,新疆北部地区城市的发展速度比较快,特别是乌鲁木齐和克拉玛依市整体发展质量增长趋势最为明显;昌吉市、乌苏市和石河子市整体发展质量增长逐步上升;博乐市和伊宁市整体发展质量增长也比较明显;塔城市和阿勒泰市则比较平稳.
Abstract
With urban development tendency in northen Xinjiang as the objective,research index system of urban development tendency was established based on four subsystems of economy,society,resources and population.By selecting the maximum and nimimum values,standardization treatment of index value was carried out.Factor weight of each index was determined by entropy method.Important rank of influencing factors was obtained.Complex development index of each index was calcualted.System capacity analysis of each subsystem was analyzed.Research results showed that citys in northen Xinjiang developed rapidly,especially that the overall development qualities of Urumqi and Karamay had most signifcant growth tendency; those of Changji and Shihezi increased gradualy.The overall development qualities of Bole and Yining incerased relatively significantly; while Tacheng and Altay were relatively stable.
