植物叶黄素循环及其光保护作用的研究进展

摘要
当植物吸收过量光能时会产生光抑制,引起光合器官的破坏,甚至导致植物死亡.叶黄素循环是植物应对过量光能时主要的光保护机制,可以有效清除并阻止有害副产物三线态的叶绿素分子和单线态氧的积累.因此,植物叶黄素循环相关机理的研究具有重要的理论和实际意义.综述了植物叶黄素循环的组成、关键酶的功能与调节及其在光保护中的作用.
Abstract
When excess light is absorbed by plants,it will induce photoinhibition,which causes the destruction of photosynthe apparatus,and even leads to the death of plants.Xanthophyll cycle is the main protection mechanism of plants to deal with excessive light energy,which can effectively remove and prevent the accumulation of the harmful byproducts including three line states of chlorophyll molecules and singlet oxygen.Therefore,the research on the mechanism of the xanthophyll cycle has important theoretical and practical significance.The composition of xanthophyll cycle,function and regulation of key enzymes,as well as its function in light protection were summarized.
