几种化学药剂对苦瓜杀雄效果的研究

摘要
[目的]筛选可用于苦瓜化学杀雄的化学杀雄剂.[方法]以苦瓜品种“春丽”为材料,利用不同浓度梯度乙烯利、苯磺隆、甲磺隆、咔嘧磺隆溶液在苦瓜现蕾时进行叶面喷施处理,每隔10 d处理一次,并对植株的长势及花粉活力进行观察和测定.[结果]苯磺隆对苦瓜具有杀雄作用,在浓度为0.4 μg/mL,单株受药量为10 mL时杀雄效果良好;乙烯利、咔嘧磺隆、甲磺隆无杀雄作用.[结论]该研究为化学杀雄药剂在苦瓜制种上的安全应用提供理论依据和技术支撑.
Abstract
[Objective] To screen the chemical hybridization agents for bitter melon.[Method] With bitter melon “Chunli” as the material,foliage spray treatment in squaring period was carried out by different concentrations of ethephon,tribenuron-methyl,metsulfuron-methyl,and ethyl carbazole solution.Treatment was carried out once every ten days.Plant growth vigor and pollen viability were observed and detected.[Result] Tribenuron-methyl had certain gametocidal effects on bitter melon.When the concentration was 0.4 μg/mL,gametocidal effects were relatively good at 10 mL dosage per plant.But ethephon,cracking ethyl and metsulfuron showed no gametocidal effects.[Conclusion]This research provides theoretical foundation and technical support for the safe application of chemical hybridization agents in seed preparation of bitter melon.
