摘要
介绍了江苏东南沿海地区特种蔬菜——短蔓双胞山药的主要形态特征、对环境条件的要求及气生块茎(零余子、山药豆)配套繁殖技术,从田块选择、深耕筑垄、合理密植、施肥播种、藤蔓管理、肥水管理、秸秆覆盖和病虫害防治等环节,明确了短蔓双胞山药的优质高产栽培措施;最后介绍了山药采收的技术要点.
Abstract
We introduced a special vegetable in southeastern coastal areas of Jiangsu Province,the main morphological characteristics and required environmental conditions of short-stem twin yam.Air tuber of yam was used for the matching technology of seed potatoes reproduction.High-quality and high-yield planting techniques of short-stem twin yam were put forward,such as field selection,deep tillage,rational close planting,fertilization and sowing,vine management,nutrient and water management,straw mulching and pest control.Technical key points of yam harvesting were finally introduced.
