摘要
卵黄抗体是一种多克隆抗体,由禽类经特异性抗原刺激后通过B淋巴细胞产生并运行至卵黄中所形成,具有强大的免疫功能.对卵黄抗体的结构特点、理化性质、作用机理及其在各类动物疾病治疗预防方面的应用进行了综述,并指出了目前存在的问题.
Abstract
Egg yolk antibody is a kind of polyclonalantibody by specific antigen stimulation of poultry,which is produced by B lymphocyte and migrated to the yolk of polyclonal antibody,with a strong immune function.In this research,we reviewed the application of structural characteristics,physicochemical property and action mechanism of egg yolk antibody in prevention treatment of animal disease.The existing problems were pointed at present.
