摘要

[目的]研究聚合硫酸铁(PFS)对浓缩污泥的脱水效果,为污水处理厂的污泥处理提供理论参考.[方法]以PFS作为调理剂,对浓缩池污泥进行调理,以污泥比阻为主要指标,研究了投药量、调理剂浓度、pH和搅拌强度对污泥过滤脱水性能的影响.[结果]PFS的投加量为l mL,浓度为6%,pH为7(未调节),快速搅拌速度为120 r/min,慢速搅拌速度为50 r/min的条件下,污泥由较难过滤转变为易过滤,污泥经过沉淀后上清液浊度减小.[结论] PFS对浓缩污泥具有较好的调理效果.

Abstract

[Objective] To research the dehydration effects of Polymeric Ferric Sulfate (PFS) to concentrated sludge,and to provide theoretical references for the sludge treatment of sewage treatment plant.[Method] With PFS as the conditioner,sludge in concentrated tank was adjusted.With sludge specific resistance as the main index,effects of drug injection quantity,conditioner concentration,pH value and stirring intensity on sludge filtration dehydration performance were researched.[Result] Under the conditions of 1 mL PFS injection quantity,6% conditioner concentration,7 pH value,120 r/min rapid stirring rate and 50 r/min slow stirring rate,sludge could be changed from difficult filtration to easy filtration.After sedimentation,turbidity of sludge supernatant decreased.[Conclusion] PFS has relatively good conditioning effects on concentrated sludge.
