摘要
[目的]建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱半定量法测定食品中Pb、Cd、Cr、Hg、As、Ba、Sb、Cu等多种微量金属元素的快速检测方法.[方法]通过优化仪器工作状况、改进试验条件,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对食品中的Pb、Cd、Cr、Hg、As、Ba、Sb、Cu等多种微量金属元素进行半定量分析,同时将试验结果与电感耦合等离子体质谱常规全定量法进行对比,比较两种方法之间的偏差.[结果]电感耦合等离子体质谱半定量法对样品测试偏差为1.13%~26.49%,加标回收率为82.80%~ 118.00%,试验结果基本符合要求.[结论]电感耦合等离子体质谱半定量法简单、方便快捷,数据准确可靠,可以应用于食品中多种微量重金属的快速检测.
Abstract
[Objective] To establish a rapid detection method for trace heavy metals (Pb,Cd,Cr,Hg,As,Ba,Sb,Cu) in food by ICP-MS semi-quantitative method.[Method] Semi-quantitative analysis of various trace heavy metals in food was carried out by improving test conditions,optimizing the instrument working conditions,and using inductively coupled plasma massspectrometry.Research results were compared by the conventional quantitative method of inductively coupled plasma massspectrometry.The deviation between the two methods was researched.[Result] Sample test deviation of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry semi-quantitative method was 1.13%-26.49%;the standard recovery rate was 82.80%-118.00%.The test results basically met the requirements of research results.[Conclusion] Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry is simple,rapid and accurate,and it can be used in the rapid detection of trace heavy metals in food.
