英德市稻米镉污染及防治对策

摘要
为了解英德市稻米镉污染情况,于2013和2014年对英德市稻米镉含量进行检测分析.结果表明,英德市稻米镉含量比广东省平均值要高,按国家标准(0.2 mg/kg)评判超标率为35.10％,参照国际食品法典委员会(CAC)标准(0.4 mg/kg)评判超标率为13.30％,严重的镇达36.36％.同时针对目前英德市稻米镉污染提出修复与防治对策.
Abstract
To find the situation of rice cadmium pollution in Yingde City,cadmium content in rice was detected in Yingde City in 2013 and 2014.Results showed that rice cadmium content in Yingde City was higher than the average value in Guangdong Province.According to the national standard (0.2 mg/kg),exceeding standard rate was 35.10％.According to the CAC standard,the exceeding standard rate was 13.30％,and that in serious towns reached 36.36％.At the same time,repairing and control measures of rice cadmium pollution in Yingde City were put forward.
