摘要

[目的]研究鱼胆草中獐牙菜苦苷超声提取工艺参数.[方法]以鱼胆草中的獐牙菜苦苷提取率为考察指标,先对乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比和提取温度进行单因素试验,然后用L16(43)正交设计时提取温度、料液比、乙醇浓度进行验证试验.[结果]鱼胆草中獐牙菜苦苷最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶10、提取温度60℃、乙醇浓度10%、提取时间10 min,獐牙菜苦苷提取率达88%.[结论]此工艺简单可行、重复性好,为鱼胆草的综合开发、利用提供了理论依据.

Abstract

[Objective] To optimize the technological parameters of ultrasonic extraction of swertiamarine from Swertia davidii.[Method] With extraction rate of swertiamarine as the index,single factor test was carried out,including ethanol concentration,extraction time,solidliquid ratio and extraction temperature.Then,L16 (43) orthogonal design was conducted to select the extraction temperature,solid-liquid ratio and extraction temperature.[Result] The optimal extraction technology of swertiamarine from S.davidii was as follows:1∶10 solid-liquid ratio,60 ℃ extraction temperature,10% ethanol concentration,and l0 min extraction time.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of swertiamarine was 88%.[Conclusion] This technology is simple,feasible and repeatable,and provides theoretical foundation for the comprehensive development and utilization of S.davidii.
