摘要
[目的]研究辣木Moringa oleifera Lam.的化学成分.[方法]采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、反相硅胶色谱等柱层析方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和谱学数据进行结构鉴定.[结果]从辣木茎叶95%乙醇提取物中分离得到11个单体化合物,分别鉴定为多萜醇(1)、植醇(2)、邻苯二甲酸-双(2-乙基庚基)酯(3)、邻苯二甲酸-双(2-乙基辛基)酯(4)、杜叶醇(5)、N-苯乙基乙酰酸(6)、顺-3,4-二羟基-β-紫罗兰酮(7)、4-[(4'-O-acetyl-α-L-rhamnosyloxy) benzyl] isothiocyanate(8)、甘油亚麻酸酯(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)、胡萝卜苷(11).[结论]化合物2、5、7为首次从辣木中分离得到.
Abstract
[Objective] To study the chemical constituents of Moringa oleifera Lam..[Method] The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,SephadexLH-20 gel column chromatography,reversed phase silica gelchromatography.The structure was identified according to physical and chemical properties and spectral data.[Result] Chemical investigation of the stems and leaves of M.oleiferaled to the isolation of eleven compounds,including polyprenol (1),Phytol (2),Bis (2-ethylheptyl) phthalate (3),Bis (2-ethyloctyl) phthalate(4),vomifoliol (5),N-(2-pheny-lethyl) acetamide (6),3,4-cis-3,4-dihydroxy-β-ionone (7),4-[4'-O-acetyl-α-L-rhamnosyloxy] benzyl] isothiocyanate (8),1-Linolenoylglycerol (9),β-sitosterol (10),daucosterol (11).[Conclusion] The compounds 2,5,7are firstly isolated from M.oleifera.
