摘要
在介绍耐盐突变体筛选技术的基础上,综述了利用组织培养技术筛选植物耐盐突变体的国内外研究现状,指出了存在的问题,并对其应用前景进行了展望.
Abstract
On the basis of introducing screening technology of salt tolerant mutant,research status about screening of plant salt tolerant mutant with tissue culture technology at home and abroad was reviewed,existing problems were pointed out,the future prospect was forecasted.
