摘要
综述了l Dx5亚基的基因序列、高级结构、分子标记、氨基酸序列一级、二级结构的研究进展以及在小麦品质改良中的应用,以期为更高效地运用1Dx5亚基提高小麦品质提供理论依据.
Abstract
This study summarizes the research of 1Dx5 subunit on gene sequence,molecular marker,deduced amino acid sequence,secondary structure,and its application in wheat quality improvement,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving wheat quality by effective use of 1Dx5 subunit.
