摘要

[目的]研究多花木蓝种子萌发的耐盐和耐旱性,为多花木蓝的应用提供参考.[方法]利用培养皿纸培法对多花木蓝种子在不同光照条件下进行培养,观测其发芽率和发芽时间.将种子分成水引发和非水引发两部分,分别放在不同浓度梯度的NaCl和PEG溶液中进行培养.[结果]在24h暗培养条件下种子发芽率最高,为66.3%.在蒸馏水中种子的发芽率最高,随着浓度的增加发芽率逐渐下降;在同一溶液相同浓度下,水引发种子的发芽率高于非水引发种子的发芽率;对于同一种类种子在同一渗透势下,NaCl溶液中种子的发芽率高于PEG溶液中的发芽率;在279.3和326.2 g/L的PEG溶液中种子都不能发芽;在所有浓度下水引发都可以缩短平均发芽时间.[结论]水引发可以有效促进种子发芽,提高种子的发芽率.PEG较NaCl对种子萌发和幼苗生长的过程有更强的抑制性.

Abstract

[Objective] To research the salt tolerance and drought resistance of seed germination of Indigofera amblyantha,and to provide references for the application of I.amblyantha.[Method] Seeds of I.amblyantha were cultivated by petri dish paper culture method.Germination rate and time were observed.Seeds were divided into two groups of hydro-priming and unhydro-priming.They were cultivated in NaCl and PEG solutions of different concentration gradients.[Result] Germination rate of seeds in distilled water was the maximum.The germination rate declined with the increase of the concentration.In the same concentration of the same solution,germination rate in hydroprimed seeds was higher than that in unprimed seeds.For the same type of seeds in the same osmotic potential,germination rate of NaCl solution was higher than that in PEG solution.Seeds could not germinated in PEG under 279.3 and 326.2 g/L.Hydro-priming under all concentrations could shorten the average germination time.[Conclusion] Hydro-priming can effectively promote the seed germination and enhance the germination rate of seeds.PEG had stronger inhibitive ability on seed germination and seedling growth than NaCl.
