摘要
[目的]研究不同处理对永瓣藤插条成活率的影响,为永瓣藤的扩大繁殖提供技术支撑.[方法]采用不同浓度的NAA和IBA浸泡插穗和在不同采条期进行扦插试验,调查插穗的成活率.[结果]永瓣藤在6月扦插,未经外源激素处理时的插穗成活率最高,为74.4％.结论]建议永瓣藤适宜的扦插期是6～7月.
Abstract
[Objective] To study the effects of different treatments on the survival rate of Monirnopetalum chinense cutting,and to provide technical support for the expand reproduction of M.chinense.[Method] Cutting test was carried out in different picking periods under different concentrations of NAA and IBA.The survival rate of cutting was investigated.[Result] M.chinense was cut in June.Survival rate was the maximum (74.4％) without treatment of exogenous hormone.[Conclusion] The suitable cutting stage for M.chinense is June-July.
