摘要

“粮食丰产科技工程”是由科技部、农业部、财政部、国家粮食局联合东北、华北、长江中下游3大平原12个粮食主产省人民政府于2004年共同启动实施的国家科技攻关重大项目.为进一步明确“粮食丰产科技工程”在2004 ~ 2014年实施期间取得的成效,该研究从“一田三区”(高产攻关田、核心试验区、技术示范区、技术辐射区)增产增收成效、关键技术创新、重要成果和组织管理特色等方面进行分析,探讨了项目实施对河北省粮食增产和农民增收所提供的科技支撑作用.

Abstract

Science and Technology Engineering or Grain Bumper Harvest is an important project of national science and technology research implemented in 2004 by Ministry of Science and Technology,Ministry of Agriculture,Ministry of Finance,State Administration of Grain combining with 12 major grain producing province governments in the Northeast,North China,the middle and lower reaches of Changjiang River.In order to further clarify the achievements during 2004-2014,several aspects were analyzed including yield and income increasing in “one field and three zones”(high yield field,core test zone,technology demonstration zone,technology radiation zone),key technology innovation,important achievement,management characteristics.The technical support of the project implementation on grain yield increasing and farmers' income increasing in Hebei Province was discussed.
