中外新型农业经营主体对比及发展建议

摘要
通过中外新型农业经营主体的对比,发现我国新型农业经营主体在经营规模、从业人员素质、专业化和综合化水平、政策扶持力度等方面与发达国家存在较大差距.对此,借鉴国外成功经验,提出了促进我国新型农业经营主体发展的建议:加快和完善农村土地流转,通过多种形式培育新型职业农民,健全农村社会化服务体系,加大对农业经营主体的政策扶持力度.
Abstract
Comparison of Chinese and foreign agricultural management body shows that there is a big difference between China' s new agricultural management body and that of developed countries',especially in the business scale,personnel quality,professional and comprehensive level,policy support.By referring to foreign successful experience,suggestions for promoting development of China' s new agricultural management body were put forward:speeding up and perfecting rural land transfer,cultivating new professional farmers through various forms,improving rural social service system,strengthening policy support degree for agricultural management body.
