云南省有机茶产业存在的问题及对策——基于极边乌龙茶的调研

摘要
在对极边乌龙茶的有机生产基地的生态质量及发展现状进行调查和分析的基础上,针对云南省有机茶产业普遍存在销售空间不足、生产成本过高、大面积推广困难、有机认证接受程度较弱等问题,提出了建立多层次和有效的有机生产的补贴体系,加强政府公益性宣传,完善有机追溯制,积极拓展国外有机茶市场空间等建议,旨在推动云南有机茶产业的健康发展.
Abstract
Development status and ecological quality of organic production base of Jibian Oolong Tea were investigated and analyzed.Results showed that the organic tea production in Yunnan Province had the problems of small selling space,high production cost,difficult extension,low acceptance of organic certificate,and so on.Based on these,countermeasures were put forward,such as establishing the effective multi-layered subsidy system of organic production,strengthening the govemment public welfare propaganda,perfecting organic trace system,actively expanding the foreign organic tea market space,and promoting the healthy development of organic tea industry in Yunnan Province.
