摘要
在调研美国、瑞士等部分科技发达国家在科技项目管理方面的先进做法和成熟经验的基础上,结合我国科技项目管理实施现状,分析科技项目管理的立项阶段、实施阶段和结题验收阶段存在的问题,提出优化经费投入结构、加强项目管理培训、完善科技评价体系的建议,以期为我国科技项目管理部门完善项目管理工作提供借鉴.
Abstract
Based on the advanced methods and mature experience of science and technology project management in Switzerland,the United States and other developed countries,problems in proposal stage,implementation stage and final project measurement stage were analyzed during technical project management according to the actual situation of China.Suggestions were put forward such as optimizing the investment input structure,strengthening the project management training,and improving the science and technology index system,so as to provide references for the project management work in science and technology project management department of China.
