摘要
对国家有关农业生态补偿的政策、法规、管理办法等进行梳理,剖析了农业废弃物管理过程中存在的问题,从完善相关法规政策,促使地方执行;加大资金支持力度,调动各方积极性;加大科研力度,提供科技支持;引导发展生态循环农业模式等方面提出对策建议,以期有效保护生态环境,促进我国农业可持续发展.
Abstract
Firstly,we summarized the policies,laws and management regulations of the agricultural ecological compensation.Secondly,problems in the process of agricultural waste management were analyzed.Finally,relevant regulations and policies were improved.Countermeasures were put forward from the aspects of promoting the executive ability of local government,increasing the funding support,arousing the enthusiasm of all parties,strengthening scientific research,providing scientific support,and developing agricultural ecosystem circulation pattern.
