摘要
以“生态、优质、安全”烟叶生产为目标,良好农业规范(GAP)生产管理体系为主线,探讨风险评估在烤烟上的应用现状,阐述GAP风险评估在百色市烤烟上的应用情况及发展趋势,提出构建烟草风险评估机构、烟叶风险的预警防范机制及烟叶安全评价体系的建议,以期为百色市烟叶生产风险评估管理的推广及应用奠定理论基础.
Abstract
Taking “ecology,quality,safety” as the objective of tobacco production,application status of risk assessment in flue-cured tobacco was discussed with GAP production and management system as the principal line.Application status and development trend of GAP risk assessment in flue-cured tobacco of Baise City were elaborated.Suggestions were put forward,such as constructing the tobacco risk assessment institutions,the early warning system of tobacco leaf risk,and the security evaluation system of tobacco leaf,which provided theoretical basis for extension and application of risk assessment of flue-cured tobacco production in Baise City.
