摘要
针对食品专业教学国际化问题,从核心课导入专业英语的角度,提出了食品专业教学国际化的路径:大力引进教辅人才和完善教师自身素质,建立一流的师资力量;更新教学内容、教学方式和评价方法,提高授课模式国际化水平;通过境内外合作授课、学生互换和申请食品专业认证,建设一流的食品专业.专业核心课英语教学的实施和推进旨在利用国际优质教育资源,提升我国教学水平和学生对专业先进知识的掌握能力.
Abstract
Perspective from inserting Specialized English into core courses,we suggested some routes for internationalization education.Firstly,outstanding teaching staff should be employed and self-quality of the teachers need to be improved to establish a first-class faculty.Secondly,we should update the content of courses,teaching approaches and evaluation methodology for the students to enhance the international level of teaching mode.Finally,a top-ranking food discipline should be established through corporative teaching,students exchange and application of food major professional certification.
