摘要
个性化创新人才的培养是高等院校人才培养对社会需求多样化变化的回应,是高等院校人才培养模式改革的新趋势和新出路.笔者从个性化创新人才培养内涵入手,通过对传统人才培养模式的分析,结合动物医学专业特点,提出构建动物医学专业个性化创新人才培养模式的思路,探索个性化创新人才培养的途径,从而促进地方性高校动物医学专业人才培养质量的持续提高.
Abstract
The cultivation of personalized innovative talents is a response to social diversified demands,is a new trend and new way for the reform of talents training mode in universities.Starting from connotation of personalized innovative talents training,through analysis of traditional talents training mode,according to features of animal medicine major,an idea for constructing personalized innovative talents was proposed,the cultivation ways were explored,so as to promote sustainable improvement of talents quality majored in animal medicine.
