干旱胁迫对臭柏细根解剖结构的影响

摘要
[目的]探讨干旱胁迫对臭柏细根解剖结构的影响.[方法]采用石蜡切片,比较干旱40d后臭柏细根解剖结构与正常灌水对照组的差异.[结果]干旱处理40d后,臭柏细根一级、二级解剖结构发生明显变化,其导管、维管束和根直径不断增加,次生组织不断完善,促使其抵御外界胁迫的能力增强,从而更好地适应环境.同时,随着根系的增加,干旱对导管、维管束、根直径和维根比的影响逐渐降低.由此可见,臭柏一级根适应干旱环境的能力更强.[结论]该研究可为完善臭柏细根生物学理论和细胞生态学领域研究提供理论依据.
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to discuss effects of drought stress on anatomical structure of Sabina vulgaris fine roots.[Method] Using paraffin section,the difference of anatomical structure of Sabina vulgaris fine roots under drought stress 40 d with that in normal irrigation control group was compared.[Result] After 40 days drought stress,the primary root and secondary root obviously changed and the diameter of catheter,vascular bundle and root grow thick.What's more,the secondary tissue improved constantly,the ability was enhanced to resist external stress.Meanwhile,with the increment of roots,effects of drought on catheter,vascular bundle,ratio of vascular bundle diameter to root diameter gradually decreased.The primary root of Sabina vulgaris had better ability to adapt to drought environment.[Conclusion] The study can provide theoretical basis for perfecting Sabina vulgaris fine roots biological theory and cytoecology research.
