摘要
[目的]探讨紫花地丁对遮阴环境的适应性,为紫花地丁在城市早春绿化中的应用提供理论依据.[方法]以紫花地丁(Viola phil-ippica)组培苗为试验材料,通过测定紫花地丁在不同遮阴处理下的生理学变化,探讨遮阴环境对紫花地丁耐受性的影响.[结果]紫花地丁组培苗在2601x(遮阴90%)条件下生长量最大,对遮阴有一定的适应性.不同遮阴条件对紫花地丁组培苗叶绿素含量有一定的影响,同时紫花地丁可通过自身调节来提高叶绿素b含量,并在一定程度上恢复其叶绿素总量.紫花地丁组培苗可以通过自身调节来适应不同遮阴条件下膜系统受到的损害.[结论]紫花地丁组培苗对遮阴环境有一定的耐受性.
Abstract
[Objective] To discuss the adaptability of early spring cover plant Viola philippica to shade environment,and to provide theoretical foundation for the application of V.philippica in spring green in city.[Method] With tissue culture seedlings of V.philippica as the research material,physiological changes of V.philippica were detected under different shading treatments.Effects of shading environment on the tolerance of V.philippica were discussed.[Result] Tissue culture seedlings of V.philippica had the maximum increment under 260 lx (90% shading),which had certain adaptability to shading.Different shading conditions had certain effects on the chlorophyll content of tissue culture seedlings of V.philippica.At the same time,V.philippica enhanced the chlorophyll b content by autoregulation,and regained the total chlorophyll content in certain degree.Tissue culture seedlings of V.philippica adapted to the membrane system damage by autoregulation under different shading conditions.[Conclusion] Tissue culture seedlings of V.philippica have certain tolerance to shading environment.
