摘要
[目的]筛选适合郫县豆瓣产业需求的加工型辣椒品种.[方法]2014年引进8个辣椒品种和本地美亿禾3号品种进行品种对比试验,通过对产量、果实性状、抗病性、果实成分的比较,筛选出适合郫县豆瓣产业需求的加工型辣椒品种.[结果]江海8号、红辣椒王综合性状最为突出,表现为商品性好、产量高、抗病性强、辣椒素含量高.[结论]江海8号、红辣椒王适合作为郫县豆瓣产业需求的加工型辣椒品种.
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to screen out processing pepper varieties suitable for demands of Pixian bean industry.[Method] The comparative experiment was conducted on 8 introduced pepper varieties and local variety Meiyihe 3 in 2014.The appropriate pepper varieties were obtained through comparing yield,fruit traits,disease resistance,fruit compositions.[Result] The comprehensive traits of Jianghai 8,Honglajiaowang were most prominent.They had good performance for commercial,high yield,strong disease resistance and high content of capsaicin.[Conclusion] Jianghai 8 and Honglajiaowang can be used as processing pepper varieties and meet the demands of bean industry in Pixian.
