摘要
[目的]筛选异形玉叶金花的最佳扦插繁殖技术.[方法]采用L9(34)正交试验方法,研究不同激素、浓度、处理时间和基质对异形玉叶金花扦插成活率的影响.[结果]以草炭土∶蛭石∶珍珠岩(1∶1∶1)为基质,以500 mg/L的IBA溶液浸泡处理10 min,生根率最高,达87.5%.[结论]该研究可为异形玉叶金花的回归种植、种植资源迁地保护等提供材料和技术基础.
Abstract
[Objective] To screen the optimal cutting propagation technology of Mussaenda anomala Li.[Method] L9 (34) orthogonal test was adopted.Effects of different hormones,concentrations,substrates and treatment times on the survival rate of M.anomala cutting were researched.[Result] Rooting rate was the maximum when shoot was soaked in 500mg/L IBA for 10 min,with turfy soil:vermiculite:perlite as the substrate.Under this condition,rooting rate was the maximum (87.5%).[Conclusion] This research provides material and technical basis for regression planting,and ex-situ conservation of germplasm resources.
