摘要

[目的]进一步改良小麦的形态、产量性状.[方法]以性状差别明显的纯度较高的潍麦8号(P1)、淮师0806(P2)为试验材料,分析小麦形态性状和产量性状的基因效应及这些性状之间的相关性.[结果]P1和P2在株高、分蘖数、节间长形态性状以及穗长、小穗数、穗粒数、稳重、株产量、粒重产量性状方面有明显差异;F1-10、F1-1、F2-10、F2-1.回1、回2、回3和回4代各性状与亲本接近,且更偏向于母本;就方差和变异系数而言,各世代性状差异明显;各性状之间具有相关性,株高与节间长密切相关,节间长之间密切相关,小穗数、穗粒数、穗长、稳重、株产量之间也存在密切的联系.[结论]该研究可为育种工作提供科学依据.

Abstract

[Objective] To further improve the yield traits of wheat.[Method] With Weimai 8 (P1) and Huaishi 0806 (P2) as the research materials,we analyzed the correlation between genetic effects of wheat morphological traits and yield traits.[Result] P1 and P2 had significant differences in morphological traits (plant height,tillering number,internode length) and yield traits (ear length,spikelet number,seeds per ear,ear weight,plant yield and grain weight).F1-10、F1-16 、F2-10、F2-16,backcross 1,2,3 and 4 had close traits with their parents,which were more in favor of the female parent.As for variance and variation coefficient,the generations showed significant differences in traits.There was correlation among traits and internode lengths;plant height and internode length had close correlation;there was also close correlation in spikelet number,seeds per ear,ear length,ear weight and plant weight.[Conclusion] This research provides scientific references for the breeding work of wheat.
