摘要

[目的]研究密集烤房烘烤烟叶变黄期湿球温度高低及风机高低档对烟叶质量的影响,为解决密集烤房烤后烟叶颜色淡或颜色深暗的问题提供参考.[方法]变黄期以中部烟叶烘烤湿球温度35.0℃、风机开低档为对照,在温度、时间不变的条件下,以湿球温度调高0.5和1.0℃、风机开高档为处理,研究各处理条件对烤后烟叶质量的影响.[结果]变黄期在风机使用高档的条件下,湿球温度调高0.5℃的T1处理,烟叶外观质量、评吸质量得分最高,工业可用性较强,表现在颜色橘黄鲜亮、成熟度较好、叶片结构较柔软、色度强、油分较好,香气质中偏上,香气量尚足,浓度较浓,同时各项化学成分居于中等水平,化学成分较为协调;风机使用低档、湿球35℃的对照处理,烟叶外观质量、评吸质量得分中等,表现在颜色偏淡,油分较差,工业可用性较强;湿球温度调高1.0℃、风机使用高档的T2处理,外观质量、评吸质量得分最低,工业可用性中等,表现在颜色较深、较暗,评吸各项指标都有所下降.[结论]变黄中后期通过风机开启高档、相较风机开启低档干湿差可缩小0.5℃,既能使烟叶达到变黄和失水的要求,同时可提高烟叶的外观质量和内在质量,有利于协调烟叶化学成分.

Abstract

[Objective] To research the effects of wet-bulb temperature and fan gear on the quality of tobacco leaves in yellowing stage,and to provide references for the color problem of tobacco leaf in bulk curing barn.[Method] In yellowing stage,wet-bulb temperature of middle tobacco leaves was 35.0 ℃ with low gear of fan as the control.When temperature and time remained unchanged,effects on the quality of tobacco leaves after curing were researched with high gear of fan at 0.5 and 1.0 ℃ higher of wet-bulb temperature.[Resuh] Under the conditions of high gear of fan in yellowing stage,T1 treatment had the highest scores of appearance quality and smoking quality with a strong industrial availability.The leaf color was orange and bright with relatively good maturity,soft leaf structure,strong chromaticity,good oil content,above average aroma quality,sufficient aroma amount and thick concentration.At the same time,chemical components were in the middle level and relatively harmonious.However,CK treatment had medium scores of appearance quality and smoking quality with light color,poor oil content of relatively strong industrial availability.T2 treatment had the lowest scores of appearance quality and smoking quality with dark color and middle industrial availability.Smoking indexes all declined.[Conclusion] In middle and late yellowing stages,wet-bulb temperature difference between high and low gear of fan reduces by 0.5 ℃.This meets the requirements of yellowing and water loss of tobacco leaves,and enhances the appearance quality and inherent quality of tobacco leaves,which is helpful to the coordination of the chemical composition.
