摘要
全叶卷手工雪茄是国内外消费者普遍认可的一种雪茄类型,也是国内雪茄烟发展的主要趋势.目前,我国雪茄烟整体生产水平参差不齐.据此,重点分析了烟叶预处理、烟支卷制和养护工序中的关键工艺对雪茄质量的影响,探讨优质全叶卷雪茄的关键工艺技术要点,以期为国内雪茄烟生产提供参考依据.
Abstract
Handmade cigar is the most popular type in international market and the main development tendency of domestic cigar industry.At present,the production level of whole cigar industry is uneven.Therefore,the effect of key processes of pretreatment of tobacco leaf,cigar rolling and conservation on cigar quality were analyzed,and the key technology of high-quality cigar were discussed in order to provide the reference for domestic cigar industry.
