摘要
[目的]探索热泵密集烤房在河南烟区的烘烤效益优势.[方法]进行密集烘烤试验,对热泵烤房与燃煤烤房在减工降本、节能环保、提质增效等方面进行对比分析.[结果]热泵烤房较燃煤烤房具有较大优势,每座热泵烤房每年可节约用工成本2756.00元,节约能耗324.80元,减少碳排放节约395.60元,烟叶等级提升增收2 800.00元.[结论]热泵密集烤房烘烤效益显著,对于烟农增收具有重要作用.
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to research the benefit advantage of air source heat pump curing barn in Henan tobacco area.[Method] The experiments of tobacco flue-curing were carried out,air source heat pump curing barn and coal curing barn were compared from aspects of labor reducing and cost reducing,energy-saving and environment protection,quality and efficiency improvement.[Result] Air source heat pump curing barn had more advantages compared with coal curing barn,every air source heat pump curing barn could decrease the cost of 2 756.00 yuan in reducing labor,decrease 324.80 yuan in energy,decrease 395.60 yuan in carbon emissions,and increase 2 800.00 yuan in higher quality of tobacco leaf.[Conclusion] Air source heat pump curing barn significantly increases the benefits of flue-curing,and plays an important role in income increasing for tobacco growers.
