介绍了大兴风力发电项目的建设概况,分析了建设的必要性,该项目的使用林地情况及其对生态环境的影响,讨论了社会效益、经济效益和生态效益以及三者之间的关系.
Abstract
The construction of Daxing wind power project was introduced,the necessity of constructing the project was analyzed,as well as forest land utilization and effect on eco-environment.The social benefit,economic benefit,ecological benefit and the interaction was discussed.
